When you input a negative number in Excel, by default it displays a minus sign or parenthesis based on the system setting.
The custom number formatting feature in Excel changes the appearance of values in a cell without altering the original content.
In this training, I will show you how to display negative numbers in: red colour only, red colour with parenthesis and red colour with a minus sign.
